Ocean Crest focuses its real estate investments in high-growth communities, emphasizing areas of the country with increasing projected net domestic migration. Real estate represents an estimated 25% of the firm's initial income-producing assets and is critical to the overall Ocean Crest Ventures strategy. Properties in Southwest Florida, the Connecticut Shoreline and Southern Maine have already been acquired. More are pending.
